NADKOS SM is an internal field-service tool built by B-Note for SPRSUN heat pump technicians. This page explains what data the app handles.
To sign in, the app requires an email address and password issued by your administrator. Your session is represented by a token stored securely in the device's Keychain, protected by Face ID/Touch ID where available.
Reference content (unit parameters, fault codes, diagrams, and documents) is downloaded from the SPRSUN service backend and cached locally in an encrypted database, so the app remains usable with a weak or no network connection. This content is tied to your technician account and is removed from the device when you log out.
NADKOS SM does not include analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs, and does not sell or share your data with third parties.
Account and session data are retained for as long as your technician account is active. Logging out clears locally cached content and credentials from the device.
